Please note, while individual new patient appointments can be booked online, we do not allow new patient family appointments (being 2+ new patients in the same family at the same appointment time) to schedule through online booking. For any and all new family appointment inquiries, please call 704.893.5001 or email hello@havenchiroclt.com to schedule.

When booking a new patient appointment, please use the name of the person receiving care. Parents booking for a child should schedule the pediatric appointment under the child’s name.

Appointments booked incorrectly will be canceled and rescheduled subject to availability. Thank you!
